These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mudah Tani mobile application ("the App") and associated services operated by Mudah Tani ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mudah Tani, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mudah Tani is a gardening guide application providing crop playbooks, planting schedules, task reminders, and progress tracking for urban gardeners in the Nusantara region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Brunei). Certain features are available to all users for free; advanced features require a Premium subscription.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

Mudah Tani offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans, available for purchase through the App Store:

Mudah Tani Premium (Monthly) — billed monthly; unlocks all premium features for one user
Mudah Tani Premium (Annual) — billed once per year; unlocks all premium features for one user at a reduced rate
Mudah Tani Family (Monthly) — billed monthly; unlocks all premium features and family garden sharing for up to 6 family members
Mudah Tani Family (Annual) — billed once per year; unlocks all premium features and family garden sharing for up to 6 family members at a reduced rate

Current pricing is displayed in the App before purchase and is subject to local App Store pricing. Prices are shown in your local currency.

3.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. The free trial is available to new subscribers only and will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The trial eligibility and duration are as displayed in the App at the time of subscription.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

3.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and your continued subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mudahtani.my if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use automated means to access or scrape the App or its content
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through team or shared garden features
Resell or sublicense access to the App or its premium features

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including crop guides, illustrations, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Mudah Tani and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

User-generated content (your garden plans, task logs, and photos) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific gardening results.

Crop guides and schedules are provided for informational purposes only. Results may vary depending on local conditions, soil, climate, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mudah Tani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of crops, harvest failures, or data loss.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
